We loved staying at this hotel! The location next to the bus stop was perfect for exploring the area. The staff, especially the manager and receptionists, were very welcoming and always willing to help with any questions. The room service and housekeeping were impeccable and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the fitness studio and spa & wellness centre that helped us to unwind and recharge.

We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Great location! The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore the local attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of.

We experienced a temporary power outage in our room, frustrating, but it was resolved after a few hours. There were a few issues with the amenities, such as weak wifi signal and inconsistent hot water supply, which affected our overall experience.

Such a really really nice experience. There is a location and staff in this hotel, that's why I loved it. A wide array of food options near the venue. The view is magnificent and the pool is great.

You can easily explore the city and visit all the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for business travelers. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is commendable, offering a refreshing experience. The breakfast, although limited, is adequate to start the day.

The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, providing a relaxing environment. the complimentary breakfast was satisfying and helped us start our day off right. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Manager Ozcan, made us feel welcomed and taken care of.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just 3 minutes from Taksim Square, with many restaurants nearby. The King Suite on the 10th floor was spacious and clean, with a sofa, armchairs, and a coffee/tea table. The breakfast had a wide variety of warm and cold food options, as well as cakes. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, allowing me to check out an hour later.

This hotel has an excellent location near to Taksim metro station and the main square, making it easy to access transportation. The area around the hotel is very active, with lots of shops, restaurants, and a tram station that leads directly to Karakoy. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection is great.
